Through years of contract work for home improvement companies, including roofing, gutters, siding, and more, she developed a unique way of aligning content closely to company brands. This same approach helps businesses clarify their messaging, stand out in crowded spaces, and produce work that feels cohesive across every platform.

Her experience includes blog posts, website copy, press releases, and full website builds for both artists and home improvement companies. Her personal writing has also appeared in Business Insider. Cat O'Brien

Clear structure and thoughtful strategy sit at the center of Cat’s work. As a content specialist and photographer, she focuses on making sure ideas are organized, intentional, and easy to follow without stripping away personality.

Cat holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Vermont and works across SEO, brand writing, and content strategy. Her approach blends performance and readability, helping brands create content that feels natural while still supporting long-term growth. The goal is always content that makes sense, holds attention, and reflects the voice behind it.

Hope and Cat met while working together on a fast-paced content team producing more than 150 pieces of content each month, with each writer managing a full workload of original pieces. That experience shaped how Cat approaches content today. Strong systems, clear direction, and no wasted words. Every piece should exist for a reason and fit into a bigger picture.

That same mindset carries into her photography and writing work now. Cat brings strategy, structure, and just enough personality to keep things interesting. Keyword stuffing and generic templates are not part of the process. Clarity, intention, and consistency are.
Outside of work, Cat is usually talking to her houseplants, practicing Spanish, or planning her next trip. She has a passport and will travel, especially if coffee is involved.
